About the Role

The Warranty Project Lead will guide the full lifecycle of warranty programs, driving excellence, advancing customer satisfaction, and elevating product performance across a diverse portfolio. The role collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customer‑facing teams, influencing decisions that improve product reliability and the customer experience. Key responsibilities include leading end‑to‑end warranty project planning and execution, coordinating cross‑functional teams to enhance policies and processes, analyzing claims data to identify trends, and partnering with engineering and quality to address root causes. The lead also oversees relationships with service providers and suppliers, delivers training to internal and external partners, produces reporting for senior leadership, and drives continuous improvement to elevate the customer experience. • Lead end‑to‑end warranty project planning and execution. • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to improve warranty policies and processes. • Analyze warranty claims data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. • Partner with engineering and quality teams to resolve root causes. • Manage relationships with service providers and suppliers. • Deliver training to internal teams and external partners. • Produce reports and insights for senior leadership. • Drive continuous improvement to enhance customer experience.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management or a related field, with 5–7 years of project management experience—at least 3 years in warranty, quality or service operations. Required skills include strong analytical capabilities, data‑driven decision making, effective communication across levels, and proficiency with SAP, Ariba and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of warranty practices, standards and regulatory requirements, and the ability to ensure compliance, are also essential. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management or related field. • Bring 5–7 years of project management experience, including 3+ years in warranty, quality, or service operations. • Demonstrate strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills. • Communicate effectively across all organizational levels. • Proficient in SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Office. • Knowledge of warranty practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.
