About the Role
The Senior Project Manager will manage daily construction, administrative, and technical aspects of renewable projects while holding full P&L responsibility for a portfolio of projects up to $10‑$12 million. Responsibilities include maintaining project schedules, status notes, and Schedule of Values, overseeing subcontractor and vendor performance, and ensuring quality control and on‑time, on‑budget delivery. The manager also serves as a liaison between the business office and operations, supports project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with company financial policies and OSHA standards. • Manage daily construction, administrative, and technical aspects of renewable projects for public, institutional, government, and commercial customers. • Hold full P&L responsibility for multiple projects up to $10‑$12 M, driving profit through efficient execution and change orders. • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status notes; serve as liaison between business office and operations. • Oversee subcontractor and vendor selection, bids, and performance to ensure quality, timely delivery, and budget compliance. • Direct construction managers on site to guarantee quality control and on‑time, on‑budget project delivery. • Develop and manage Schedule of Values, project billing, job cost accounting, forecasting, and reporting. • Assist engineering and development teams with scope, design, cost estimation, installation, and scheduling. • Ensure compliance with company financial policies, revenue recognition standards, and OSHA safety regulations.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of seven years of industrial power, electrical, mechanical, or engineering construction project management experience is required, focusing on complex facility infrastructure, renovations, retrofits, building controls, and energy services. Additional qualifications include demonstrated experience with energy‑efficiency technologies such as digital controls, variable frequency drives, high‑efficiency motors, chiller and boiler installations, lighting retrofits, and renewable energy systems. Familiarity with AIA forms, progress billing, RFI/RFQ processes, and OSHA safety standards is preferred, as is proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, and experience with Procore. A valid driver’s license in good standing is also required. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 7+ years of industrial power/electrical/mechanical construction project management experience on complex facility projects. • Experience with energy‑efficiency systems such as digital controls, VFDs, high‑efficiency motors, chiller/boiler installations, lighting retrofits, and renewable technology. • Knowledge of AIA forms, progress billing, and RFI/RFQ processes. • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project; Procore experience preferred. • Valid driver’s license in good standing.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $101,000‑$147,000, with eligibility for performance incentives, bonuses, commissions, or equity depending on the role.
