About the Role
Cleaner, Part Time • 2nd Shift. The Cleaner works under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor, performing custodial duties for C&W Services in accordance with established standards and procedures. Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other indoor surfaces using light and heavy commercial floor buffers and shampoo machines. Vacuum rugs, spot‑clean and shampoo as directed, and dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, and perform periodic high dusting. Clean interior windowsills, glass, and trim, wash interior walls, and maintain bathrooms by restocking supplies, wiping surfaces, emptying waste, and reporting defects. Collect building trash, replace liners, and sweep or shovel snow from entrances as needed. Perform periodic tasks such as high dusting, leather and wood polishing, and wall washing. • Sweep, mop, and wash interior floors using commercial buffers and shampoo machines. • Vacuum and spot‑clean rugs; perform periodic high dusting and leather/wood polishing. • Dust furniture, fixtures, exhibit cases, and clean interior windows, glass, and trim. • Maintain restrooms: restock supplies, wipe surfaces, empty waste, and report defects. • Collect and dispose of building trash; replace liners and clear snow from entrances. • Operate cleaning equipment, including backpack‑style portable vacuums.

What You Bring
No prior cleaning experience is required. Must be able to follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and cooperate as part of a team. Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment, including a backpack‑style portable vacuum. Benefits
The position offers competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, with compensation influenced by location, experience, and collective bargaining status.
