About the Role
In this role you will implement the leasing and marketing program, promote a positive image of the community, and support management with resident programs and retention. • Tour prospective residents, process lease applications, and prepare lease documents. • Organize and attend resident events and community functions. • Collect and secure rental payments. • Conduct campaign research, reporting, and retention activities. • Maintain an acceptable closing ratio meeting property expectations.

What You Bring
Candidates should have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to think creatively.
