About the Role

The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead design teams, ensure the completeness and accuracy of deliverables, and assume responsibility for the economic health of projects. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, establishing design standards, conducting business development, performing Engineer of Record duties, and overseeing QA/QC and staff resource management. • Lead design teams and review work for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. • Manage project economic wellbeing, including budgets and schedules. • Conduct business development, networking, and due‑diligence reports per company standards. • Perform Engineer of Record duties: calculations, equipment selection, system design, layout, field investigation, and construction administration. • Develop design standards, specifications, and client‑compliant drawings using CAD/BIM (Revit). • Oversee QA/QC processes and staff resource management. • Provide consulting services such as gap analyses, feasibility studies, and due‑diligence reports.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, possess a Professional Engineer license, and have at least eight years of MEP experience, preferably in critical facilities or healthcare. Strong hands‑on design capabilities and proficiency with CAD/Revit are required. • Hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a Professional Engineer (PE) license; 8+ years MEP experience, preferably in critical facilities/healthcare. • Demonstrate strong hands‑on design skills and proficiency with CAD/REVIT.
