About the Role

The Senior HVAC Project Manager will lead large‑scale construction projects, ensuring stakeholder coordination, compliance, and delivery of HVAC systems that meet performance, comfort and energy‑efficiency standards. • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of HVAC projects for retail and corporate environments. • Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors and supply chains to meet design standards. • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones and budgets, tracking progress to avoid delays. • Produce formal status reports and manage information flow through meetings and written communications. • Oversee installation, upgrades, commissioning and optimisation of HVAC systems for performance and energy efficiency. • Manage mechanical contractors, engineers and service partners, reviewing proposals and ensuring work quality. • Conduct site visits to verify installation quality, system performance and compliance with codes and sustainability standards. • Respond rapidly to RFIs and provide technical support to owners, architects and regional stakeholders. • Apply cost‑control, value‑engineering and constructability expertise to improve project outcomes. • Review and approve status reports, drawings, submittals and timelines from suppliers. • Capture project learnings and identify process improvements for internal systems. • Ensure SOX control compliance where applicable.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field. • Strong organisational, communication and presentation skills. • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore and project‑management tools.
