About the Role

This technical inside‑sales role helps top talent develop sales fundamentals, inside‑sales support skills, customer relationship building and product expertise for Johnson Controls’ HVAC division. Under general supervision, you will support the Applied, Largo or Industrial Refrigeration product portfolio, handling commercial and sales operations and various inside‑sales responsibilities. • Provide technical, commercial, and product support to HVAC field sales personnel and customers. • Support Regional Sales Managers and indirect distributors with product training, selection, pricing, and purchase orders. • Manage leads from website inquiries, webinars, and roadshows to generate new business opportunities. • Enable cross‑collaboration between customer accounts and warranty, technical support, or financing specialists. • Participate in account‑planning sessions and contribute to team goal attainment with RSMs. • Assist RSMs with opportunity pipeline management and update account information in the CRM system. • Promote and guide customers in using the online ordering tool (Solution Navigator). • Prepare and deliver internal product presentations as a subject‑matter expert. • Attend regular training to develop HVAC product knowledge, sales tactics, and confidence. • Travel to customer sites for sales support and shadowing approximately once or twice per quarter.

What You Bring

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (mechanical, chemical or electrical engineering preferred) and be graduating between April 2026 and June 2026. • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft 365, strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills, and ability to travel up to 20 % of the time.

The position offers a competitive salary of $70,000‑$75,000, a $7,500 sign‑on bonus and a 10 % performance bonus. Participants spend the first six months in Milwaukee, WI, then relocate to the York, PA or Waynesboro, PA region for the remainder of the program, reporting initially to the ACE Program Manager before transitioning to an HVAC Sales Manager.
