We are seeking a motivated and detail‑driven Assistant Project Administrator to join our construction services team in Orlando and support our Project Administrator and Inspection staff. If you are passionate about roadway construction and thrive in a dynamic, team‑focused environment, we want to hear from you. • Apply construction contracting knowledge and enforce company and client requirements. • Previous field or senior inspector experience (plus). • FDOT or Florida Turnpike construction experience (highly desired). • Ability to interpret construction schedules. • Three years of contract‑related experience; an advanced degree or certification may substitute. • Professional, self‑motivated, well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal oversight. • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills. • Strong math and organizational abilities. • Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
