About the Role
The Container Delivery Driver – Non CDL safely operates a vehicle to provide prompt, courteous, and complete container delivery and removal services for residential and commercial customers. The driver ensures the vehicle meets the Company’s safety standards, adheres to all state and federal regulations, and completes daily Vehicle Condition Reports (VCRs) to address any defects quickly. Key responsibilities include performing thorough pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections, reading route sheets and maps, and delivering to each customer as assigned. The driver operates manual and automatic controls to lift and load containers, interacts courteously with customers and dispatchers, performs minor container repairs, cleans accidental waste spills, monitors vehicle condition to minimize downtime, and completes required productivity and safety reports.
