About the Role

The AI Solutions Architect will join the Data, AI, and Reporting Technologies (DART) team to design and deploy AI‑driven solutions such as intelligent agents, predictive models, and conversational chatbots that enhance automation and decision‑making across the enterprise. The role involves close collaboration with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders while ensuring all AI solutions adhere to Tutor Perini’s governance, compliance, and ethical standards. • Build and deploy AI‑powered agents to automate workflows. • Design predictive analytics models for project performance, resource needs, and risk forecasting. • Develop and maintain conversational AI chatbots and virtual assistants for self‑service analytics. • Ensure AI models comply with the AI Acceptable Use Policy, including bias detection, explainability, and human oversight. • Evaluate and integrate third‑party AI tools into Tutor Perini’s architecture. • Collaborate with data engineers to embed AI models in Microsoft Fabric pipelines and enterprise systems. • Monitor, retrain, and optimize AI models for scalability and accuracy. • Build AI solutions that impact billion‑dollar infrastructure projects. • Work with cutting‑edge automation, predictive analytics, and conversational AI technologies. • Contribute to a strategic AI readiness and governance initiative.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in AI development and deployment. • Proficient in Python and machine‑learning frameworks, especially with pre‑trained and foundational models. • Experience with LLM‑based solutions, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, and Microsoft Copilot integrations. • Strong problem‑solving, stakeholder communication, and API integration skills. • Knowledge of data governance, ethical AI principles, and project management pipelines. • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Machine Learning, and Power Platform AI tools (e.g., Copilot Studio, Copilot for Microsoft Fabric). • Knowledge of natural language processing and chatbot frameworks. • Microsoft AI Engineer Associate (AI‑102) certification preferred.
