• Provide technical support and training for end‑users of JIRA and GitLab. • Create a structured workflow in JIRA to track SLA adherence with automated notifications and escalations. • Resolve user access issues, troubleshoot software, manage access, support cloud applications, and deliver technical training. • Utilize help‑desk ticketing systems, remote desktop support, and incident response procedures.

What You Bring
NV5 Geospatial is actively recruiting Help Desk Support Engineers. The role requires strong capabilities providing technical support for JIRA, GitLab, and other IT management tools to ensure users receive prompt issue resolution and training. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, pass a basic background check for access to U.S. military bases, and while no clearance is required, a Secret or higher clearance is preferred. • Hold an associate’s degree in IT/Computer Science or three years of equivalent IT support experience. • Demonstrate strong customer service, documentation, and ability to prioritize complex project tasks. • Possess CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification (preferred). • Speak Portuguese or Spanish (preferred). • Have experience with government IT programs and environments (preferred). • Secret or higher security clearance preferred; none required.
