About the Role
The Human Resources Summer Intern will support the HR team across Benefit & Compensation, Learning & Development, and Recruitment & Retention, contributing to innovative solutions and client satisfaction in a fast‑paced, collegial setting. Key duties include formatting job descriptions, entering data into ADP, assigning training via the LMS, assisting with Core Strengths rollouts, supporting recruitment dashboard implementation, cleaning up Greenhouse ATS entries, and attending lunch‑and‑learn sessions. • Format job descriptions for the Benefit & Compensation team • Perform HRIS data entry in ADP to capture employee experience • Assign and manage training courses through Vector Solution LMS • Support firm‑wide rollout and new‑hire sessions for Core Strengths (SDI) • Assist in implementing and deploying the Recruitment dashboard • Clean up entries in the Greenhouse ATS system • Attend intern education lunch‑and‑learn sessions • Create PowerPoint presentations; interest in Power BI or data warehouses

What You Bring
Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management, be in their junior or senior year, and possess strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and visualizations. Familiarity with Power BI, HRIS, or recruiting tools is a plus, along with excellent time‑management, communication, and discretion when handling sensitive information. • Pursue a bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Management (junior/senior year) • Demonstrate advanced Excel skills (lookup formulas, pivot tables, visualizations) • Exhibit strong time‑management, written and oral communication, and discretion with confidential data • Prior HRIS or recruiting experience considered a plus
