What You Bring
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams • Current VA‑approved RMA, CMA, or Medication Aide/Med Tech certification • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days • Senior living or healthcare experience preferred • Compassionate, dependable, detail‑oriented mindset • Must be 18 years or older, pass background check and TB screening
