About the Role

As part of the global risk management team, the role supports operational businesses in getting into contract with clients and suppliers, advising on associated risk. The position involves reviewing contracts, liaising with insurance brokers, providing ad‑hoc contract advice, and helping operational teams navigate the risk‑management process more efficiently. It also contributes to improving risk‑management tools, systems, and processes while raising awareness and capability across teams. • Conduct contract reviews and provide recommendations. • Coordinate with PII and general insurance brokers to verify coverage and address queries. • Deliver ad‑hoc contract advice to operational teams and liaise with clients or their legal representatives to resolve contractual issues. • Support operational teams through the risk‑management process to accelerate contract finalisation. • Enhance risk‑management tools, systems, and processes. • Promote risk‑management awareness, compliance and capability within operational teams. • Stay current with contract law developments and industry best practices.

What You Bring
