About the Role
We are currently seeking a Civil and Incident Response Officer to support operations within the NorthConnex tunnel. The role involves a range of road corridor maintenance activities such as vegetation control, sign replacement, pothole repairs, concrete and asphalt works, graffiti removal and truck driving, as well as incident response to ensure road user safety and maintain traffic flow in a controlled environment.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a current MR licence and a General Construction Induction (White Card), be familiar with road maintenance operations, and be able to pass a police check. Availability for rotating shifts and a commitment to safe work practices are essential, with additional desirable experience in traffic control, incident response, TMA/VOC certification, tow‑truck operation, elevated‑work platforms and confined‑space work. • Hold a current MR driver licence and a General Construction Induction (White Card). • Demonstrated familiarity with road maintenance operations and safe work practices. • Pass a police check and be available for rotating day and night shifts. • Desirable: experience in traffic control or incident response. • Desirable: TMA Statement of Attainment & VOC certification. • Desirable: tow‑truck licence, elevated work platform operation, and confined‑space training.
