About the Role
As a key member of the Sunrun retail team, you will represent the brand inside partner retail stores, building relationships and sparking interest in solar and storage solutions. Your role includes educating visitors, scheduling appointments, and helping expand Sunrun’s customer base. Success is measured by your ability to positively influence each person you encounter. • Represent Sunrun brand in partner retail stores and build customer relationships • Generate enthusiasm and educate shoppers about solar and battery solutions • Proactively schedule appointments to grow the Sunrun customer base • Achieve performance targets measured by positive influence on every interaction • Work flexible retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays • Maintain reliable transportation within a 15‑30 mile radius for multi‑store territory

Compensation combines a competitive hourly base pay with uncapped commissions, typically ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 annually, while top performers can exceed $160,000.
