About the Role

The successful candidate will manage cost throughout the whole project lifecycle, from business case development to commissioning, while also helping to grow the business and mentor junior team members in the Scotland office. • Deliver all aspects of cost management from inception to completion. • Achieve highest standards of professional competence and reinforce company profile with clients. • Drive performance standards and technical excellence through communication and performance management processes. • Maintain and develop client relationships, promoting premium quality services. • Support internal team and manage junior staff on technically complex projects. • Identify and influence key client stakeholders to grow workload/portfolio. • Provide flexible, creative project approach with strong presentation and communication skills. • Deliver project cost/commercial management services within a client‑focused team.

What You Bring

• Minimum three years’ experience in cost management/quantity surveying, preferably on large‑scale infrastructure or defence projects. • Strong knowledge of NEC4 contracts, especially PSC and ECC Options A & C. • Experience in cost/commercial management within integrated multi‑organisation teams. • Experience working within a client organisation or through colocation/secondment. • Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) and MRICS accreditation (or pursuing). • Ability to obtain or hold Security Clearance (SC) level.
