Minimum qualifications include being 18 or older, authorized to work in the United States, possessing a high school diploma or GED, and having at least one year of continuous work experience. Candidates must have basic computer skills, mechanical aptitude, good math ability, and be able to work 12‑hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime, while passing all pre‑employment assessments and physical tests. Preferred qualifications are three or more years of experience in a fast‑paced, team‑based manufacturing environment, demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting ability, and a strong record of safety, quality, and attendance.
