What You Bring

Incumbents are expected to develop their field‑specific skills, gain independence, and contribute to problem solving with guidance. • Hold a bachelor’s degree from an EAC/ABET‑accredited engineering program (or equivalent advanced degree or approved credential evaluation). • Understand basic engineering theories, principles, electricity, and power quality. • Know distribution construction standards and methods. • Communicate clearly in both oral and written forms. • Demonstrate self‑motivation, the ability to work independently, and a team‑oriented, customer‑focused attitude. • Passed the Engineering Fundamentals Exam (desired). • Understand basic project‑management principles (desired). • Have experience in the utility industry (desired).
