About the Role
The Housekeeper will maintain the property’s cleanliness and sanitary conditions by performing routine cleaning, waste removal, and equipment upkeep in assigned areas. Duties include operating cleaning machines, dusting, mopping, restroom sanitation, and reporting any repair needs promptly while following OSHA, EPA, and health‑department regulations. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and the ability to schedule and execute major cleaning tasks such as floor stripping and recoating. • Operate vacuums, polishers, buffers, and other cleaning equipment. • Clean and sanitize floors, restrooms, fixtures, and furnishings daily. • Dispose of trash and waste, empty containers, and manage recycling. • Handle cleaning chemicals in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and health regulations. • Schedule and perform major cleaning tasks, including floor stripping and recoating. • Report repairs such as leaks or broken fixtures to supervisor promptly. • Follow safety procedures and maintain cleaning equipment in good condition. • Perform window washing and mop floors (wet and damp) as required.

What You Bring
• Dust furniture, light fixtures, window sills, and clean air vents. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and 1‑2 years custodial experience. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
