The Activation/Reservations Team Lead (PM shift, 1:30 pm‑9:30 pm) operates in a fast‑paced call‑center environment handling reservations and activation tasks while adapting to variable schedules, including evenings and weekends. • Maintain variable schedule, including evenings and weekends. • Provide enthusiastic, energetic, professional customer service. • Participate in 401(k) plan with company match. • Join employee stock purchase program.
