About the Role
In this role you will operate within a Home Depot store, focusing on professional painting contractors. You will develop relationships with local pros, assist them with product selection, paint mixing, and tool needs, and ensure they have a seamless in‑store experience. • Greet and engage professional contractors at the Home Depot Pro Desk, building lasting relationships. • Assist contractors with product selection, paint mixing, and tool needs to ensure quick store checkout. • Collaborate with Behr outside sales representatives and Home Depot staff to fulfill orders and provide support. • Pull, tint, and prepare paint orders, handling occasional lifts up to 75 lb. • Enter new leads and contacts into Salesforce CRM.
