About the Role

The supervisor will oversee staff performance, manage schedules, maintain inventory, enforce health and safety policies, and conduct regular inspections to guarantee a high‑quality cleaning environment. • Supervise cleaning staff, ensuring cleanliness standards and proper conduct. • Build approachable, positive relationships with team members. • Organize and coordinate personnel and activities efficiently. • Deliver best‑in‑class cleaning service across all worksite areas. • Review and adjust work schedules. • Track inventory and order cleaning supplies and equipment. • Monitor all cleaning activities for compliance. • Ensure staff understand health and safety policies. • Resolve staff disputes quickly. • Train new employees. • Perform cleaning duties when needed. • Communicate requests and updates with management. • Address and resolve client complaints and conflicts. • Maintain strong customer relationships. • Conduct regular worksite inspections. • Implement and adhere to standards and procedures. • Stand, sit, and walk for extended periods. • Prioritize tasks and delegate effectively. • Manage time through organizing, planning, and prioritizing. • Bend, squat, stretch, and move parcels. • Climb small‑to‑medium stair flights repeatedly.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates are experienced cleaners with proven team‑leadership skills, strong communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to professionalism and customer service. The role requires physical stamina, including lifting up to 60 lb, bending, climbing stairs, and standing for long periods. • Communicate effectively in speaking, writing, and listening. • Possess prior experience in cleaning and team management. • Handle negative feedback professionally. • Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. • Exhibit strong attention to detail. • Hold at least a high‑school diploma; driver’s license and clean MVR required. • Multi‑task and adapt to changing directions. • Lift boxes up to 60 lb.
