What You Bring

The current opening is for an Automatic Door Service Technician. The role involves servicing, repairing, and replacing various automatic and manual door systems, including ADA operators, swing, sliding, folding doors, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, hollow‑metal and storefront doors. Candidates should have at least two years of experience as an automatic‑door installer or service technician, and AAADM certification is preferred. Essential skills include a strong mechanical aptitude, carpentry ability for partition framing and door/window installation, and a clean driving record for company vehicle use. The technician must manage multiple projects, work under time constraints, and demonstrate attention to detail, professionalism, and a customer‑service orientation, thriving in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with door manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy is advantageous. The position offers a supportive team environment while also allowing independent work. • Utilize carpentry skills for partition framing and installation of doors and windows. • Require at least 2 years experience as an automatic‑door installer/service technician; AAADM certification preferred. • Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work both independently and in a team. • Preferred experience with Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy door brands.
