About the Role

The Sales Development Representative at Sitemate qualifies and routes inbound leads across self‑service and inside‑sales channels, engaging prospects via phone, email, live chat, Slack, and Salesforce. Success is measured by the number of product demonstrations booked and completed, with the team consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets. Day‑to‑day, the SDR spends most of the time qualifying and routing inbound leads, communicating with prospects via phone, email, live chat, Slack, and Salesforce, and is measured on the volume of demos booked, with the current team achieving at least 95% of targets each month.

Benefits

Compensation includes an OTE range of £41,250 to £60,500 (including pension), comprising a base salary of £27,500 to £38,500 and commission between £13,750 and £22,000.
