What You Bring
Qualifications include eight or more years managing land‑development projects, a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, extensive client contacts with architects, developers, attorneys, planners or land owners, and strong technical skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Candidates must also have business‑development experience, be able to write proposals and budgets, communicate positively at all levels, mentor staff, and manage projects profitably. • Communicate openly with partners and team
