About the Role
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of goods within a warehouse environment, including receiving, storing, and distributing products while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role requires operating various warehouse equipment and adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Key duties involve managing incoming shipments, maintaining inventory records, transporting and categorizing items, and fulfilling orders through precise picking, packing, and labeling. The associate also ensures proper loading and unloading of trucks, conducts regular inventory counts, and reports any discrepancies or quality issues to supervisors. • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities, and report discrepancies. • Maintain organized inventory records and conduct regular stock counts. • Transport, store, and categorize goods within the warehouse. • Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipment. • Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper stacking of materials. • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely; perform routine equipment checks. • Perform quality inspections and report any product defects. • Keep work area clean and hazard‑free; use required personal protective equipment. • Communicate issues promptly and collaborate with team members and supervisors. • Follow company safety, security, and workplace conduct policies.

What You Bring
