About the Role

A Laborer at Republic Services is responsible for safely and efficiently performing general labor duties at a hauling company, transfer station, recycling center or landfill. Responsibilities may include yard clean‑up, fueling vehicles and equipment, general vehicle operation, office maintenance and other related tasks. The pay range is $15.16 to $20.52, varying by locality. • Clean track‑type equipment. • Perform yard work, including mowing and paper pickup. • Operate site vehicles and equipment such as water trucks, pickups, sweepers, mowers, and trimming tools. • Conduct office maintenance and repairs, including painting and janitorial tasks. • Install temporary wind fences as needed. • Direct site traffic when required.
