About the Role
• Move material within the distribution center using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, or conveyors. • Receive and log incoming inventory, then stock items in proper locations. • Fill customer invoices, verify part numbers, and clean/pack inventory items. • Inspect inventory for defects and report issues to the Warehouse Manager. • Follow company safety and accident procedures while operating equipment or vehicles. • Track inventory in the warehouse system and maintain data accuracy. • Organize and clean warehouse space and equipment as needed. • Report customer problems immediately and coach associates on operational and safety practices. • Enforce policies to ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations. • Evaluate current processes, suggest improvements, and contribute cost‑reduction ideas. • Deliver supplies and equipment in compliance with DOT and OSHA standards when requested.

What You Bring
• Read work or shipping orders and follow verbal instructions. • High school diploma or GED required. • Minimum one year of warehouse experience; forklift operation preferred (certification a plus). • Ability to lift 25 lb frequently and up to 50 lb occasionally. • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and comfortable using warehouse computer systems. • Proven record of high‑quality work and problem‑solving skills. • Ability to stand or walk for long periods and operate material‑handling equipment safely.
