About the Role
The role is for a Contract Administrator on the King Salman International Airport (KSIA) infrastructure assets delivery programme. The position focuses on day‑to‑day contract administration, performance monitoring against KPIs, and ensuring compliance with client policies, regulations, and standards. • Perform day‑to‑day contract administration for the infrastructure assets programme and monitor KPIs. • Implement best practices, methodologies, and strategies as needed. • Ensure timely administration of contracts and verify works/services/supplies meet contract terms. • Manage contractual correspondence, handling notices, disputes, and claims to minimize risks and costs. • Evaluate payment applications and manage payment certification in accordance with procedures. • Identify and report non‑compliances, disputes, and claims; formalize contract changes via variations. • Ensure compliance with the client’s Local Content policy. • Report consultant, contractor, and supplier performance to the client regularly.

What You Bring
• Graduate degree required (BSc, BA, LLB or similar); postgraduate preferred. • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience. • Familiarity with various contract types (lump sum, unit rate, early contractor involvement, design & build) across diverse infrastructure assets. • Prior experience in Saudi Arabia and with PIF Development Companies on multi‑billion‑dollar programmes. • Experience on airport or infrastructure projects is highly desired. • Ability to independently perform daily contract administration activities. • Expertise in contract administration functions, industry practices, and regulations. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ACONEX, Oracle, and similar technologies. • Fluent English with excellent written and oral communication skills. • Strong conflict mediation and stakeholder interaction capabilities. • Ability to positively influence meetings and interface effectively with clients and stakeholders.
