About the Role

• Collaborate with Marketing, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to prepare proposals and interview materials. • Work in a challenging, multidisciplinary environment on technical documents. • Manage multiple concurrent proposals, assemble internal teams, schedule milestone reviews, and ensure timely final submittals. • Ensure timely production and high quality of marketing communications. • Verify proposal compliance with RFP requirements and track amendments and clarifications. • Write and edit marketing proposal content. • Develop, layout, and coordinate graphics for proposals. • Streamline company data systems (photos, resumes, project descriptions, contacts, skill tracking) and maintain databases.

The role focuses on winning engineering projects by preparing proposals, marketing communications, and graphics, and requires creativity, self‑motivation, and teamwork. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (desired). • Proven writing and editing skills. • Strong organizational ability to handle multiple tasks. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to meet tight deadlines and make independent decisions. • Quick self‑starter, team‑oriented, detail‑focused with strong administrative abilities. • Experience in the architecture/engineering industry (preferred). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign.
