Job Highlights
About the Role
The HVAC/R Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including air conditioners, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, compressors, commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, fans, economizers, humidifiers, rooftop units, remote condensing units, ice machines, walk‑in coolers and freezers, and upright refrigeration units. Technicians must diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. • Provide paid drive time for Service Tech Level 1 & 2 (non‑CA) after brief initial commute; first/last 30 min non‑compensable; allow parking company vehicle at home. • Provide 100% paid drive time for Service Tech Level 3+ (non‑CA) with home‑parked vehicle. • Provide access to state‑of‑the‑art training facilities and paid online education. • Provide year‑round diverse projects across multiple industries and systems.
