About the Role

The Project Manager role at Cushman & Wakefield provides professional project management for designated real estate projects at client remote office locations. The incumbent oversees design, planning, construction, and tenant improvements while coordinating with the corporate real estate team and client representatives onsite. Key responsibilities include preparing agendas, master schedules, budgets, and timelines; coordinating project reports and drawing reviews throughout conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction phases; selecting and overseeing consultants and construction teams; and reviewing requisitions, purchase orders, change orders, and invoices. The manager also supports data analysis, marketing of services, ensures compliance with corporate, municipal, and client policies, reports challenges with recommendations, and obtains approvals for any budget impacts or organizational changes. • Lead design, planning, and construction of real estate projects for remote office locations. • Develop and maintain master project schedules, budgets, and timelines. • Prepare agendas, project reports, and conduct drawing reviews across all phases. • Select, contract, and oversee consultants and construction teams. • Review and manage requisitions, purchase orders, change orders, and invoices. • Support data analysis, reporting, and marketing of services to clients. • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local building codes, and client requirements. • Communicate challenges, findings, and recommendations to supervisors. • Obtain approvals for budget changes and organizational impacts. • Track key performance indicators and manage project timelines efficiently. • Utilize technology tools such as PowerBI, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Planview, CAD, and MS Suite. • Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to project team members. • Travel within the Americas as needed to support client projects.

What You Bring

The position demands strong client focus, real estate project management expertise, excellent oral and written communication, relationship management, organization, analytical skills, and leadership. Proficiency with technology tools such as PowerBI, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Planview, CAD, and the Microsoft Suite is essential, as is tracking key performance indicators and effective time management. Required qualifications include a B.S. degree in Construction, Business, or Project Management, at least five years of tenant‑improvement construction experience, five years of project management experience, and three years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity. Some travel within the Americas region may be required based on client needs.

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $80,750 to $95,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package covering health, vision, dental, retirement, life and disability insurance, as well as paid and unpaid time off.
