What You Bring
The Business Intelligence (BI) function supports data‑driven decision‑making by turning complex datasets into actionable insights. Through advanced analytics, dashboard development, and reporting automation—leveraging tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Smartsheet—BI professionals help teams understand performance metrics, uncover trends, and communicate value‑adding insights. We are seeking a Summer Intern in Business Intelligence (June 1 – August 7 2026) at our Charlotte, NC office. The intern will collaborate with BI Managers and Senior Analysts, gain hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge BI tools, and learn how data informs strategic decisions and operational improvements. Candidates must be actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree (2‑3 years completed) in Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, and possess strong organizational, detail‑orientation, and communication skills. The role requires a proactive, self‑directed attitude and the ability to work effectively in collaborative, diverse teams.
