About the Role
Key accountabilities include performing electrical repairs on equipment and plant power distribution systems, troubleshooting electrical and electro‑mechanical equipment, and constructing and installing new control circuits and power distribution systems. Routine maintenance tasks involve replacing components, motors, lights, wiring, and adhering to preventative maintenance schedules, as well as supporting TPM program maintenance. The incumbent must interpret schematics, blueprints, and specifications, manage repair part requests, maintain inventories, rebuild units when needed, keep a safe and clean work area, and log job progress in the maintenance tracking system. • Perform electrical repairs and troubleshooting on plant equipment and power distribution systems. • Construct and install new control circuits and power distribution systems. • Conduct routine maintenance, including component, motor, light, and wiring replacements. • Support TPM program tasks and follow preventative maintenance schedules. • Interpret schematics, blueprints, and specifications for equipment work. • Manage repair part requests, maintain inventories, and rebuild units as needed. • Maintain a safe, clean work environment and log job progress in the tracking system.

What You Bring
Preferred qualifications are an associate degree in Electrical Maintenance Technology, electronic technician experience with PLC exposure, and two years applying the National Electric Code. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a certified electrician degree or journeyman program, and at least five years of industrial or military electrician experience. The position involves access to ITAR‑controlled information; therefore, all applicants must be U.S. persons as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, political asylee, or refugee). • Hold an associate degree in Electrical Maintenance Technology (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED (required). • Possess electronic technician experience with PLC exposure and two years applying NEC (preferred). • Have at least five years of industrial or military electrician experience and appropriate certifications. • Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR; position involves ITAR‑controlled information.

Benefits
The hours for this role are 3:30 pm • 12:00 am. The hourly rate for this position is $22.62 plus a $1.00 shift differential per hour.
