• Repair and replace ADA operators, manual/swing, folding, sliding doors and related hardware. • Service and maintain door control devices, closers, panic hardware, and storefront systems. • Perform carpentry tasks such as partition framing and door/window installation. • Conduct preventive maintenance on commercial and automatic doors. • Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality. • Provide professional, detail‑oriented service to customers in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Bring
The current opening is for an Automatic Door Service Technician. The role involves servicing a wide range of automatic, manual, swing, folding and sliding doors, as well as associated hardware such as operators, closers, panic devices and pivot assemblies. Candidates must have solid knowledge of door systems, carpentry for partition framing, and a strong mechanical aptitude, with AAADM certification considered a plus. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in automatic‑door installation or service, a clean driving record, and a positive, professional attitude. They should be able to manage multiple projects, work effectively under time constraints, and thrive both independently and in a team environment while delivering high‑quality, detail‑oriented service. • Minimum 2 years as an automatic‑door installer or service technician. • AAADM certification preferred. • Strong mechanical aptitude and carpentry skills. • Clean driving record for company vehicle operation. • Positive, professional attitude; capable of independent and team work. • Excellent attention to detail and customer‑service focus. • Experience with door manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy.
