About the Role
This role focuses on maintaining facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as well as related equipment. Responsibilities include inspections, interior maintenance tasks, lighting and HVAC upkeep, and moving furniture, machinery, or equipment as needed. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. • Conduct facility inspections and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations. • Handle interior maintenance tasks such as hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, repairing furniture, and fixing doors. • Replace lighting, clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts, and maintain lighting fixtures. • Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and materials upon request. • Update work order status in real‑time using CMMS platforms like Corrigo. • Complete hazard assessments and ensure compliance with safety procedures and local codes. • Complete required safety trainings and follow safety protocols.

What You Bring
The position requires the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders up to 30 ft, and perform frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, and driving. Work is performed in various indoor and outdoor environments. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 2‑4 years of experience in general building repair, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work. They should demonstrate competency in inspection, maintenance, and repair activities, possess strong customer service skills, and be able to complete required safety trainings. Preferred qualifications include a 3rd‑party building‑trades certification, EPA Universal refrigerant license, experience with CMMS systems (especially Corrigo), knowledge of local building codes, and background in commercial real‑estate or property‑management environments. • Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent. • Have 2‑4 years of experience in building repair, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work. • Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills. • Hold 3rd‑party certification in building trades (preferred). • Hold an EPA Universal refrigerant license (preferred). • Experience with CMMS systems, especially Corrigo (preferred). • Knowledge of state, county, or city building ordinances, codes, and laws (preferred). • Background in commercial real‑estate or property‑management environments (preferred).

The estimated compensation range is $56,150 – $60,320 per year, based on location, qualifications, and market conditions. This on‑site position is located in Minneapolis, MN, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
