About the Role
The Senior Planner will deliver full life‑cycle planning, review specifications, prepare tender programmes and method statements, and produce integrated design, procurement and construction schedules while identifying opportunities to accelerate delivery. • Ensure programme content complies with Morrison Construction standards. • Provide full life‑cycle planning support for tenders, pre‑construction, and live projects. • Review documents, specifications and scopes to identify contractual requirements and constraints. • Produce detailed tender programmes, method statements, and logistics proposals. • Develop outline plans and methodologies at the tender stage. • Conduct site visits to assess conditions and constraints for tender programmes. • Represent the company at tender and contract interviews, presentations and meetings. • Create fully integrated design, procurement and construction stage contract programmes that are resourced and value‑loaded. • Identify alternative methodologies to improve project completion dates. • Liaise with internal, external stakeholders and third parties to establish optimal, compliant programmes. • Monitor and report progress on pre‑construction and live projects, flagging potential delays and mitigation measures. • Develop construction, completion and mitigation programmes while maintaining contract integrity. • Support and mentor junior team members. • Participate in a comprehensive pension plan and Save‑as‑You‑Earn share purchase scheme.

What You Bring
• Apply strong knowledge of NEC contracts, NEC‑compliant programmes, and contract administration. • Possess strong working knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts. • Demonstrate 3D/4D visualisation experience. • Preferably have two‑stage tendering experience. • Be proficient in Asta Power Project, Microsoft Project and MS Office.
