What You Bring

The training experience includes rotational assignments across key functions such as Operations, Sales, Finance, Maintenance, and Post‑Collection. Fellows learn to lead large teams, manage complex infrastructure, and participate in leadership workshops, guest speaker sessions, and project‑based learning, supported by ongoing coaching and performance evaluations. Applicants must have at least two years of supervisory or management experience and be willing to relocate for rotational assignments.
