About the Role
The Leasing Consultant role focuses on leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property, requiring daily onsite presence, prospect engagement, lease processing, and support of retention initiatives. Responsibilities also include handling resident concerns, performing administrative tasks, and contributing to office, common‑area, and model unit upkeep. • Show properties, qualify prospects, conduct tours, and secure lease agreements. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up to maintain a strong leasing pipeline. • Complete all leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. • Respond to prospect inquiries within 24 hours and maintain accurate leasing data. • Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and meet or exceed leasing goals. • Handle resident complaints, requests, and ensure overall resident satisfaction. • Develop and support resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Perform administrative duties and assist in office, common‑area, and model unit upkeep. • Execute marketing outreach, conduct market surveys, and stay informed on property and competitor knowledge. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service request response times, and enforce community policies.

Benefits
Compensation is based on skill set and experience, with an hourly rate of $18‑$20, plus a total rewards package that includes health benefits, 401(k) matching, performance bonuses, paid sick days and holidays.
