About the Role

The Fire & Safety Officer role sits within Property and Asset Management and is responsible for overseeing fire safety across the assigned residential site. The incumbent will follow command‑structure instructions for fire suppression and related emergency services. • Set up fire‑fighting equipment upon arrival at a fire scene. • Dispatch and accompany the Emergency Response Team. • Prepare and conduct fire‑ and life‑safety evacuation drills and training for occupants. • Execute rescue, firefighting, and salvage operations during incidents. • Perform lift evacuation and rescue drills on a regular schedule. • Secure extinguished structures to prevent rekindling and inventory all equipment post‑suppression. • Contribute to pre‑fire planning studies and maintain up‑to‑date fire‑plan knowledge. • Liaise with government authorities for periodic renewal of NOCs. • Record and report all site incidents, maintaining checklists, equipment maintenance, and training records.

What You Bring
