Accounts Pay Clerk- Equipment Services

About the Role

Performs clerical accounting duties requiring analysis and individual judgment. • Enter data to multiple outlets as required. • Prepare pre-check reports. • Respond to requests from field personnel and outside vendors. • Review, verify, and correct batch edits. • Occasionally stoop, kneel, or bend. • Comply with all safety standards and procedures. • Frequently use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects. • Occasionally lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lbs. • Sit, stand, or walk short distances for the entire shift. • Frequent use of telephone, computer, email, and electronic devices to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors.
