About the Role

The leader will align regional growth strategies with national objectives, drive the achievement of order and service‑portfolio targets, and conduct regular review meetings with internal partners to execute action plans. You will grow the opportunity pipeline year over year, develop and manage sales KPIs, and adapt plans based on market and customer trends. In addition, you will ensure accurate documentation of opportunities and customer visits in Salesforce and maintain strong account coverage across all regions. • Lead and develop a national team of regional service sales professionals. • Align regional growth strategies with national sales objectives. • Achieve or surpass total order and service portfolio targets. • Conduct regular review meetings with internal partners and drive action plans. • Grow the opportunity pipeline annually to meet budget requirements. • Create and execute national service‑sales strategies and KPI frameworks. • Monitor market and customer trends to refine sales plans. • Ensure opportunities and customer visits are recorded in Salesforce. • Review installed base and launch targeted sales campaigns. • Uphold safety, integrity and compliance with external and internal regulations.

What You Bring

A bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical preferred) or business administration is required, together with at least seven years of sales and marketing experience. Leadership experience, excellent English communication skills (French desired), strong customer‑relationship abilities and a goal‑oriented, self‑driven mindset are essential. Candidates must already have work authorization for Canada. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or Business Administration. • Minimum 7 years of sales and marketing experience; leadership experience is an asset. • Excellent English communication skills; French proficiency desired. • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver results in a self‑driven, goal‑oriented manner. • Authorized to work in Canada.
