About the Role

In the Customer Service team, agents support lead generation and sales by processing submitted leads, verifying homeowner information, confirming availability, validating product qualifications, and gauging interest. They collaborate with customers and employees across all Mad City markets to help start the home‑improvement process. • Manage appointments from face‑to‑face sources and enter them into the CRM • Document all call attempts with accurate dispositions and detailed notes • Handle inbound calls from promoters and make outbound calls to verify leads • Participate in department contests and meet personal and team goals • Participate in ongoing team events, incentives and company celebrations
