About the Role

• Conduct new hire orientations and integration tasks. • Support career check‑in process regionally. • Process non‑exempt to exempt class changes per federal and state laws. • Identify and assign participants for internal training programs. • Organize and facilitate regional Strong Start face‑to‑face training. • Collaborate with HR Partners on termination paperwork, exit interviews, and document filing. • Update employee workflow changes in the HRIS, including hires, class changes, supervisor changes, and terminations. • Perform regular HRIS audits to ensure data accuracy. • Track employee licensure processes and related job updates. • Respond promptly to employee inquiries. • Assist HR Partners with employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and career development. • Handle marketing requests for external clients and project pursuits. • Support region‑wide or company‑wide special projects.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources or related field. • Minimum 2 years of HR‑related experience. • Demonstrated interest in HR through internships or post‑graduate work. • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • Willingness to learn new software; experience with UKG Pro or other HRIS a plus. • Ability to travel to regional offices. • Maintain confidentiality and exercise strong interpersonal communication. • Strong time‑management, urgency, ownership, and follow‑through in a fast‑paced environment. • Collaborative mindset across regional and company teams. • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
