About the Role

The role is within a life‑sciences programme delivering critical national infrastructure for a central government client. It is a Project Manager position supporting secured projects across the programme, based primarily on the client’s site in Weybridge, Surrey with additional time in Moorgate, London. • Manage end‑to‑end delivery of electrical infrastructure projects. • Control scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety and risk. • Coordinate design, engineering and construction teams. • Oversee contractors to meet technical and contractual requirements. • Drive progress and resolve issues. • Engage stakeholders and communicate effectively. • Ensure governance, safety, compliance and manage budgets, procurement and commercial activities. • Safety first: champion a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment. • Client focus: deliver on promises and build long‑term client relationships. • Create opportunity: foster continuous improvement and development for people.

We seek a highly skilled Project Manager with a proven track record in major infrastructure, particularly electrical systems such as substations, power distribution and related civil works. The role entails full lifecycle ownership—from design and planning through delivery, commissioning and handover—ensuring safety, timeliness and budget compliance. The successful candidate must possess strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, be competent in overseeing civil interfaces, and be able to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in complex infrastructure environments. Clearance requirements include BPSS and Security Check (SC). • Hold a degree in civil/electrical engineering and experience in major infrastructure. • Demonstrated delivery of multidisciplinary projects in regulated environments. • Strong stakeholder, governance and project management capability. • Knowledge of NEC contracts and civil‑electrical interfaces. • Obtain BPSS and SC clearance.
