About the Role

The Inventory Control Associate maintains inventory accuracy by performing daily cycle counts, reconciling count differences, and addressing procedural issues. The role involves using SAP to verify stock balances, recording counts, and collaborating with supervisors to resolve errors and improve processes. • Conduct cycle counts and recounts at assigned inventory locations, recording results on forms or systems. • Reconcile cycle counts with SAP stock status using SAP reports to identify root causes of discrepancies. • Maintain inventory records and report cycle count accuracy on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. • Review reconciliation findings with supervisors or planners and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring errors. • Act as a resource for reconciling inventory adjustments from production and shipping floors, updating inventory values accordingly.

What You Bring

• Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. • At least 3 years of inventory control and reconciliation experience preferred. • Knowledge of SAP and shop‑floor control systems. • Strong math skills, including decimals, fractions, and percentages. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel. • Good judgment and decision‑making abilities. • Desirable knowledge of manufacturing operations.
