About the Role
• Lead consultative sales processes to win major enterprise‑level pursuits. • Develop and execute discovery, pre‑positioning, differentiation, and delivery strategies for transformative programs. • Analyze competitive landscapes and refine win strategies using insights from past wins and losses. • Foster multidisciplinary collaboration across regions and global teams to deliver client‑focused outcomes. • Integrate technical, marketing, and bidding staff to ensure proposal best practices. • Oversee the full sales lifecycle with quality assurance and Go/No‑Go rigor. • Coordinate strategic marketing campaigns aligned with key opportunities. • Maintain compliance with commercial, financial, legal, and governance contract elements. • Drive accountability for sales metrics and achieve high capture rates. • Align AECOM initiatives with client priorities such as sustainability and resilience. • Build and sustain a diversified pipeline of qualified opportunities. • Cultivate trust with client decision‑makers and internal stakeholders, including CAMs and the executive board.

What You Bring
The Sr. Capture Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving strategic growth and securing major enterprise‑level pursuits for the Water Global Business line. Reporting to the Strategy and Growth lead, the role blends visionary leadership, strategic thinking, and consultative sales expertise, with flexible remote/virtual work options and travel as required.
