About the Role

The Skilled Trades Coordinator provides routine clerical and administrative support to the skilled trades function. The role involves recording employee data, responding to routine inquiries, and gathering, filing, or processing information, all in alignment with JE Dunn’s strategy, vision, and values. • Process and maintain personnel documentation. • Record and file employee/applicant data (address, pay, performance, benefits). • Update databases for tracking and reporting. • Answer skilled‑trade HR and policy questions. • Process employment applications and generate correspondence. • Support craft talent‑management activities. • Prepare HR reports, invoices, forms, and letters. • Register for trade/industry career fairs and assist recruiting. • Manage candidate pipeline using an applicant‑tracking system. • Facilitate onboarding, including paperwork and department notifications. • Coordinate candidate interviews and meeting logistics. • Assist in scheduling training classes. • Analyze workforce reports to identify needs. • Administer and track per‑diems. • Perform work accurately, timely, and with attention to detail. • Build relationships and collaborate across teams. • Solve problems quickly and learn new software tools.
