About the Role

The Runner will perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by their supervisors. They must produce high‑quality work safely and productively, ensuring all materials, tools, equipment and information are available. The Runner must maintain a good driving record, look for improvement opportunities, and be willing to learn from others. Responsibilities include transporting materials, equipment, or tools to and from job sites safely, maintaining good housekeeping of the site, tools and equipment, working closely with supervision to ensure tasks are completed safely, and assisting the crew with related duties as assigned. The candidate may operate hand and power tools, climb and balance on steel/wood frameworks, ladders and scaffolds, use hands frequently to grasp and lift objects, and perform prolonged bending, twisting, walking, crawling, kneeling, reaching, squatting, pushing/pulling, standing and lifting. • Transport materials, equipment, or tools to and from job sites/facility safely. • Maintain good housekeeping of the site, tools, and equipment. • Work closely with supervision to ensure tasks are completed safely. • Assist crew with related duties as assigned. • Operate hand and power tools (electric, gas, pneumatic) and drive cars, trucks, forklifts as needed. • Climb and balance on steel/wood frameworks, ladders, scaffolds, and work on uneven or soft surfaces.

The role requires understanding safety hazards, using tools and equipment safely, being dependable, and having the ability to multi‑task. Qualifications include the ability to lift up to 50 lb, repetitive hand/arm and leg use, hand‑eye coordination, clear communication, and the capacity to perform sedentary to heavy work. They must be able to navigate uneven, muddy, rocky or soft‑sand surfaces, work in confined spaces, and endure adverse weather conditions. Driving cars, trucks, forklifts and other equipment as needed is required. Mentally, the Runner must communicate effectively with management, speak, read, write, and comprehend clearly, work at various tempos while concentrating amid distractions, make decisions, and be detail‑oriented. • Ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform repetitive hand/arm and leg movements. • Work in confined spaces and endure adverse weather conditions.
